No certificate to show - Study amount paid in full

I would like to request a refund on the amount paid to Intec college <br> <br> I have enrolled with them in 2013 and due to no support i had to change the course thinking it would make a difference, i would like them to take the funds for the study material sent and refund the rest as i would like to enroll at a different institution, i have paid them in full and no assistance given from them, only after registering did i see all the bad reviews from Intec College <br> <br> I am still young and need that funds to enroll elsewhere where i can get the assistance i need to obtain my certificate to change my life <br> <br> I feel like they take advantage of vulnerable young people who are not well off and do not have money to waste, i cannot afford to pay at another institution whereas i have paid here and have nothing to show for it, i don't have money to waste as i am not well off. i took out a loan to pay them off as they threatened to list me. i am willing to pay for the books they sent and even take it back to the college as they are in good condition but i need my refund as i would like to re-enroll elsewhere. <br> <br> can anyone please assist with getting my money back as i need it not want it.
