NO CERTIFICATE / NO JOB

I've completed my ECD course in Dec 2017 and final results have been issued 18.01.2018. I've followed up on the issuing of my award since then - when phoning in I have to hold quite a long time for assistance, after several requests have been sent to the "issuing department" a consultant has decided to send the request to their direct team leader for assistance. He has also confirmed that the calls I've made are recorded on their system so hopefully you can understand my frustration. I would really appreciate it if action can be taken on this request so that I can add my award/certificate to my CV.
