No certificate, No communication

I registered with Intec College, am a student and I finished my course Human resources management and fully paid my fees, to my disappointment they promised to send me my certificate since March, which they said it will take 3 months for me to get my diploma, it's been 7 months and I haven't received my certificate and there is no communication and Everytime I enquire it's like nobody knows anything. I would never recommend Intec College to anyone, I would never really educor to any person who would like to study there. There is so much that is wrong with that college and I urge people not to trust it nor registered with rather go to other institutions like Unisa. I am deeply hurt by what they are doing especially knowing that I don't owe them and if I was owing they would have called me day and night asking me their money, they would not even let me breathe but it is me that is in need of my certificate and I can't reach them, they are not even responding to my emails and all means of contact I have tried.
