No certificate- 2 years and going.

I completed my last exam over 2 years ago and I still have not received my certificate. Each week I email and get told the same thing. Its shocking how terrible this college is. 2 years of study and over R20,000 later and I have nothing to show for it. The worst thing is, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it because no one cares. I feel to get a lawyer involved but am doubtful they can even help. I'm so completely livid.
