No back office/ student advisor support.

I registered September 2021, only recieved access to the portal in October waited another week for an advisor to contacted me, he had so much attitude and was impatient. He told me to just log on and go to my course. There was no inductuction, unsure what to expect. I tried my best and started the course. I then asked someone to call me as I was still unsure what I am supposed to be doing. Sent out an email every week for 3 months, I am still waiting. I was sent and email about submitting assignments in 2 weeks. Assignments for what? You promised to give me support but you have failed. How exactly do you expect to get a degree with no support. What is the process to cancel and request a refund so that I can find an institution that can honor their agreement.
