No assistance. Is this what can be expected ?

<p>I registered for a ND via Intec and then to get started with my studies as soon as possible I requested my student number. I have received my student number to register via the study portal, but I am not receiving a confirmation email to access the study portal from Intec. </p> <p> </p> <p>Numerous calls and emails have been made and no assistance or solutions have been provided.</p>
