No assistance

I have been receiving statements and smses saying I owe money after speaking to Thembekile Ngema she acknowledges that no money is being owed but yhe issue has not yet been sorted out since last year. I have called emailed either with no replies or a promise that my call will be returned which they never are. I am still waiting for exam results which I have emailed through for and called for but not response.
