NO ASSISTANCE

I wanted to de-register in September 2015, up to date 15.02.2016, I haven't received any assistance or communication of where the cancelation process is at. e-mails , calls doesn't help. I am being ignored, but still every month the study fees are being deducted from my bank account. FEDUP!!
