No assignments marked or exam date, but always want to take my money

I have a problem with this college, I see they took me to credit for bad payment, as this people kept taking my money and they never marked my assignment, I spoke to to agent on different occasion with my airtime which they kept transferring me as if I am using free minutes, I didn't even get communication about exams nothing even today not even one assignment,, Now they want money while they never for once marked my assignment and even bothered to hear me out while they call for payment,,

What hurt me is that when the want money they communicate but with my assignment nothing I stopped payment as i didn't understand what kind of college is this, I didn't even know I am studying or not.
