no assignment results since last year

i have been waiting for my assignment results since last year November. In my contract it states clearly that assignments results will be available 30 days after submitting, but in my case its been 5 months now still waiting for the results. i have tried contacting them many times but i have get a straight answer, i have even finished paying my fees and i don't owe them a cent. my study contract expires in october, so im just wondering if they are not dragging their feet waiting for my contract to expire so that they can make me pay more money. Unfair and unprofessional
