No after sale student support

No student support service from this institute, you raise a query to the student support department and wait weeks just for a read confirmation to be send back to you. I am waiting 5 weeks for feedback regarding an assignment drawing paper for the engineering drawings assignment. They blatantly ignore your emails and are unavailable telephonically. They don't even respond to there team members from the sales department requesting assistance with the matter. This institute does not have a complaints department where we can lodge our complaints. The fee for the course that my daughter is enrolled to is in excess of R 19 000 and then you have to beg for student support and some materials are not even included. The online platform is not even organised as per schedule of learning you have to search all over to find the correct material for the subjects as it is not located with the same subjects.
