NO Academic Support!!

You know its a shame when you are excited about your course and make sure the monthly debit order money is is and now obviously you on a new learning adventure!! But what dampens/blackens the whole experience is that you GET NO SUPPORT!! You email your assignments and they never log it or send you back your marks. You get NO FEEDBACK on your written complaints, you don't get given an exam & assignment timetable NOTHING!!!! The textbooks they say you must buy is out of print - SO WHAT THE HELL!? I've emailed them SEVERAL times with NO joy!! How disappointing!! Think twice before you sign up to Intec - quick to take your money - with NO service delivery.....
