New study material - no communication or receipt

This is my second complaint about Intec in 2016 and it's only February! All of the sudden after my first complaint, someone from Intec contacted me. I had to request for new study material, paid the amount that they asked me to, sent the proof of payment as requested on the 4th of February but have still not received my books nor has anyone made contact with me. I sent another email last week but no response. Today when I phone I keep getting cut off.
