Never Study With INTEC!

I have since the beginning of my studies suffered with Intec's poor admin and accounting practices. I was wrongfully billed for exams I didn't apply for and subsequently was handed over for 'bad debt' to a company who harassed my night and day for money I did not owe. It took 2 years to sort that out without even a 'We are sorry' from Intec. Upon sorting this out it was found I was in credit and I finished my exams. Now that I want to claim my credit I am told it isn't a real credit. Nobody has the decency to phone my to explain and I have been waiting since 25th of Feb for an answer. After all the hassle, costs of phone calls and having to fight for a simple answer I need answers.<br> <br> I have to sling mud on your social media platforms before I even get any reaction. Is this service?<br> <br> My next recourse is the authorities that license you to teach, Education and Training Quality Assurance bodies (ETQAs), Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and Umalusi.<br>
