NEVER STUDY VIA INTEC

I enrolled as a part time, distance learner to do the course: Full Programme: Local Government Finance Management which was advertised as an NQF level 6 course. It was also stated that the course was made up of 3 stages each crediting you with a certificate on completion. Nowhere did it state that the entire full programme had to be finished in 3 years. It is made up of 14 subjects, some year 1,2 and 3. When I tried to enrol to write exams I was told that my course had expired and I have to pay an additional R600. This is not on the contract but they have the attitude that if I do not comply then too bad. Terrible service. They took about 8 weeks to tell me that they cannot assist. Several emails have proved fruitless. The course was paid up front R16000 rounded up. They have ripped me off, and even admit that it is not in the contract, I just have to accept what they are telling me.
