Never again Intec

I've been trying for months to cancel my studies and no one is getting back to me. Due to financial implications I can't afford my studies anymore. My debit order does not go through and this put me and my children in a more of a financial problem. In June 2018 I've requested Intec to cancel my studies. A lady called Charne rep**** and said that they will review my request and get back to me within 2-3 weeks. After that I have not heard anything from Intec yet. I've send so many mails asking for a response. I've phoned them a few times, no reply.... This morning I phoned in again hoping for some to speak to someone who can at least listen to me but the receptionist was so rude and then she put me through where I was holding on for a few minutes with no luck of anyone answering.

So what am I suppose to do?
