need help getting my money bacj

I registered with intec college in 2011,and problems started there. The call center lady who explained the course I'm doing gave a lot of wrong information than when I was finally ready to write exams in 2012 a consultant at intec Pretoria gave the wrong exam forms. She only noticed this when I went in to ask why I haven't received my exam timetable than she was like ohh I gave the wrong exam entry form but there is nothing I can do to fix this. So I have never ever written exams with intec ever. And I found out the lady passed away. So now no one at intec want to fix this mess. I was every penny I ever paid that school. They ruined my life. I have since written exams with another college meaning I spent more money and still no help from intec I make it a point to go there at least every 2months to ask about any progress with my case
