my school results

hello Peter, i have a complain with the College , i have registered with them and then i was suppose to write last year in June but i could not because of their delays in terms of sending time tables and stuff. as i was waiting i got the timetable late and i postponed to write my exams in November. so now am having difficulties in getting my results. they are telling me to submit my assignment of which i had a quiry about them asking when should i submit my assignment and one of their consultant told me that its not a problem even if i did not submit them since they are not important and now they called saying its 40% so they take time to get back to me. and i still need to register with other institutions and they must give me my results. i need to register and iam stuck with them, please help out
