Most *********** service provider

I have never in my life worked with a service provider so *********** & unprofessional! I have only had hassles with Intec. They keep on giving false expectation by saying they will give feedback by a certain date and then only to be left hanging.<br> <br> After struggling for 4 months just to get my study material, and after constant following up from my side and being transferred from one person and department to the other, I decided to cancel with Intec. Little did I know that this would be a MORE PAINFUL process!<br> <br> I sent my cancellation forms through on the 26th of May 2015 and AGAIN on the 17th of June 2015, because Intec does not do their work thoroughly. After which I had to comply with other request which I did and STILL NO CANCELLATION!!!<br> <br> I followed up on this process numerous times only to be told that my cancellation has not been sent through or even processed!!! IT IS OVER 2 MONHTS ALREADY!!! Intec keeps on deducting money from my account due to the fact that they keep on delaying my cancellation process! Each and every time they have some sort of excuse! <br> <br> My advice to anyone who wants to study through Intec is to STAY AWAY!!!! They are a waste of time and money!!
