Most *********** College and rude student advisor

I called Intec today as they had promised to mail us disks for Photoshop CS - basic and advanced two weeks ago.

And we still haven't received the disk. my brother is writing his exam next month and i have paid his fees in full but we still have not received what we need to prepare.

I called two weeks ago and i spoke to a guy called Sifiso(student advisor ) he said i must call back because i was not sure if i need both disks or not. i asked for his number and he refused to give me his number. When i called a few minutes later some lady answered and she said the disks will be mailed to me as soon as possible. 2 weeks later and i still haven't received the disks.

called again Sifiso (student advisor) answered picked up the phone. he was not very helpful and when i asked to talk to his superior he dropped the call on me.

I found him *********** on both occasions that i talked to him. i am left with no option but to take legal action.
