Money wasted

<p>Good day.</p> <p>I started a course at intec in 2014 had to finish in 2015. I paid once off infull R7000 for yhe course. For some reason i failed 5 assignments so i had to pay another R1000 to resubmit yet again failed one again after resubmitting again i passed and was promised a certificate, time passed nothing then i started to phone and email and did the online chat to find out when will i receive my certificate. Its a year later and still no certificate. End of June i sent a message on facebook to intec to require yet again about my certificate few days later i go response and then a phone call the reply was sorry no one submitted a reqeust for my certificate but they have done ot and i will receive it in 2 weeks time well now its a month later and still no certificate so now they can keep the **** thing and i want all my money back. I wasted my money on something i am not getting and cant do anything with.</p>
