Money making. No interest in learners actually passing so that you have to reregister with them and pay pay pay again.

Our company has paid for bursaries for 4 employees to study at Intec. The first 2 could not get the textbooks anywhere that we recommended by the college for the course and after numerous attempts to get hold of them by phone and e-mail we contacted the department of higher education who e-mailed our complaint to them and only then did Intec to discuss logistics of getting books to them. The other 2 employees are currently registered for a diploma in construction technology: civil engineering and have submitted their assignments in May this year but have not received their results whereas they have been sent a letter to register for exams at the end of this year which we don't know how they are supposed to prepare for if they have not had feedback on their progress from the college. This is a challenge because I cannot adequately prepare for my exams if I have had no feedback from the college. I have tried to call them on ***, but have not been successful in getting my query resolved. I have tried to e-mail ***; *** *** and to no avail as well. I have supporting evidence for the above in the form of e-mails which I can provide. My studies are also paid up to date for which I can also provide proof. Kind regards
