Missing qualification intec college school of insurance

I am battling to get a copy of my qualification with intec college school of insurance its been 3 weeks calling the accreditation can't be found on inseta, calling them, they consultant keep giving new numbers to call kindly assist for this qualication is outstanding on new job application.
