I started a course at Intec from June 2021. My course that I study for was ECD which is a two year course.

I had completed my course in March 2023 and my study course ended June 2023. I completed the award form that Intec sent me in June 2023.

I have emailed Intec multiple times regarding my certificate. It has been 1 year and 9 months since I completed my course and 1 year and 5 months since my 2 year course had ended.

Intec keeps informing me that they are waiting for SETA for my results.

I still have not gotten my qualification/ certificate yet. I have requested for a refund the past few months and they are still not done it.

I am absolutely fed up and I don't know what to do.

I do not recommend Intec Collage.
