Lost student info

In 2004 I did a Small Business Management Cert through Intec which I passed and I was issued a Cert for. s/n - ********** 3510

About 2 years ago as well as more recently I contacted them to find about FAIS credits fro the course. the call centre told me that because the course was done before 2010 the course carried no credits but was equivalent to an NQF Level 4 of 120 credits. As per this advice I put this on my CV with the course.

At the beginning of October 2017 I stared a new job that required FAIS credits. I submitted my CV as is, when the company checked with Intec about my course,Intec at this point where unable to find my records for this course. In short they had lost all trace and information regarding my qualification.

I have now lost my job and livelihood because Intec failed to keep proper records. I am disgusted that after 12 years of having this certificate, Intec now is claiming they have no record of this.

Their poor management of records has cost me my job and income and in all fairness they should compensate me for the loss of income i am now experiencing because of their bad management.
