lost my assignments

This must be the worst worst Intec service ever...I study with them before no problems but my current studies suck I so badly want to do level 5 as well in early childhood development but can't as apparently 4 of my assignments have been missed placed now what I've paid 15000 and no certificate to study further in tears...
