lost diploma

<p>I have had a wonderful experience in the 3 years i have been with intec up until the point where i only recieved one of my qualifications via post and not the other. I have called neumerous times between july 2015 and now 16 may 2016 and still have not recieved it via post nor have i had any one contact me to let me know what is happening . The first consultant said they had run out of the actual certificates and they are busy printing more and i should not worry. 3 months go by and i call again only to be told that what i was previously told was infact was a lie and it had been lost in the post and a new one is being processed and will arrive shortly . Well i am still waiting. This has really affected my life in a big way not only has it messed up my chances in enrolling with unisa as well as now i cannot get a bursary . It has also lost me 2 major job opportunities.</p> <p>I had high hopes with intec and i really enjoyed my time with them but unfortunately their lack of checking up has put me in financial strain and a very heavy heart.</p>
