Long Registration and Subsequent Cancellation

Due to the registration process taking more than 40 days to complete (for no apparent reason), my wife and I had to cancel our child's grade 11 registration with Intec, as she was not going to qualify for this years exams. Which in turn would impact her matric year, having to write her grade 11 finals only in July 2017!<br> <br> Upon cancellation, and considering that only the deposit as been paid till date and no official communication or confirmation was ever received that she was successfully enrolled, we were subsequently charged R350 for Cancellation Fees.<br> <br> This is the worst business practice! I cannot believe that a company in this day and age is not willing to acknowledge there bad service and simple returning my funds without pretending that they have actually done any work for which i need to pay!
