Living with Regret

I registred for a course in Intec in 2008 which I passed, my Diploma was sent in 2009 with a wrong surname on which I was asked to send it back, i called after a couple of weeks which was confirmed it was received and it will take 6 or 8 weeks to be processed, I called after this window period I was told it ws never received... hey... and now I must go to the police station to do an affirdavit and send it with my ID so they can fix things...wow....do you you know how far is the police staion from where I am? I guess it doesnt matter...what happened to the ID I sent you on registration...its lost. dont you confirm the full names before you print awards? I guess no such process. I was told I would get a copy of award...hey...copy???? I WANT THE ORIGINAL WITH MY FULL NAMES ON IT. Its May 2015 now since 2009 NO AWARD because I refuse a COPY, I WANTED AN ORIGINAL AWARD WITH MY CORRECT FULL NAMES ON IT...sorry thats not how Intec operates becuause its probably gonna charge us more to do an original than a copy so take the copy...THATS NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR. KEEP PROMOTING EDUCATION INTEC WHILE YOU YOURSELVES DO NOT HAVE ONE.....IS THAT NOT BEING HYPOCRITE? ANYWAY ITS MY EXPERIENCE
