Live up to your slogan Intec

It seems like the only way to get "The Leaders in Distance Learning" attention is to continuously complain about the pathetic service one gets from the apparent leaders in distance learning! So after eventually obtaining my daughter's N1 results we discovered that she failed Math's by 3% ~ I have emailed Intec twice already asking one simple question. How do we go about rewriting and where to we apply, without passing Math's we can't complete N1 and move on to the next phase! Do we rewrite through Intec? Do we rewrite through the exam venue? Is this how paid clients get treated, emails and calls go unanswered. Intec maybe you should rethink your slogan until you can live up to it!
