Lines are not working

I have re posted the lost assignment and I have not recieved feedback and the last email I got was that I will recieve it that the college will respond within in 72 hours and still no response and their lines are constantly busy .I also want them to extend my course for free since I was told that I can phone in April to do so but its difficult when I cant go through<br> <br> <br>
