Lack of service and poor management

<p>Hi my name is robert Im based in johannesburg</p> <p>I'm currently studying with intec college distance learning an architectural draughting course. last year I wrote my 1st exam (I registered to write 4 papers)......anyway Long story short their systems picked up that I wrote 5 exams this set me back for a while because I was not receiving any info as to when the next exams were they cut me off from receiving information because according to them I was in arrears so they could not help me with anything I sent through my prove of payment and aplications showing that I registered and wrote 4 exams...They kept calling me telling me that they can't do anything until I pay for the" 5th exam " <br /> <br />Few months later mind you all this happend in march this year we in November now....beginning of September i called to find out what's going on because November exams are about to start and I need to register <br /> </p>
