Lack of Servce

Lodged a case with Intec with regards to study material <br> I received a call beginning February saying that the material will be sent within 72 hours but still nothing has arrived yet.<br> <br> I just called again today asking about the material, the person who helped me tells me that I need an affidavit, I was never told the first time I logged this issue.<br> I am really not happy with this. I have sent countless emails and no one seems to be very helpful. My problem now is that I will not have enough time to study for the exams.
