June Exam results

I wrote three subjects in June but I haven't received my results which were promised on 1st of September. When you phone the college they will promise to give your results within 3days. Some of the student advice turn to be rude and hang the phone. I phoned, send emails and even went to one of the branch but still I haven't my June exam results.
