ITC update

I have been battling for weeks to get someone to help me have my account updated.

I was in arrears with my account, they were extremely quick to list me on the credit bureaus, I managed to make a full settlement payment.

They now do not know who is responsible for updating my ITC, I am lucky when I receive a response from them.

This service is horrible and as a client I don't know where to turn to anymore.
