Issue of Reward

phone got put down on me twice...I was then told seta issues the rewards I called them they said no intec does then someone told me I must request my reward not sure where I stand extremely ****ed off. Been waiting since the 1st of dec they wont even reply to emails I have sent sick and tired of colleges just treating you like a number so they can get your money...worst is I have currently registered for level 5 with them I want to with draw and want my deposit back as no one can help me!!!
