Is Intec swindling people out of there money

My company took over my fees and i was promised that i would be refunded what i have paid. I was told this process would take 90 days. I have sent numerous emails and called so many times with no assistance. I was referred to Craig Aziz who has not been available for 4 months now. My refund was processed in March .I was told they dont know when funds will be paid to me ,then there was a backlog due to covid ,then they were waiting in a date from Their finance department. I was told my refund just needs to be paid and then told it first needs to be approved. I am getting no honest answers from Intec i still have to study further with them and this process and all the lies from this company is so disappointing. They have received more money than they should have, they owe me what can possibly be the problem here. Empty promises is all i get and I want my refund
