Is Intec College REALLY the "LEADER IN DISTANCE LEARNING"???

I am a student with Intec College and have had endless trouble with getting information from them:- 1. Their system is 9 out of 10 times "OFFLINE", and you just need to keep calling back to get the same answer. 2. They do not respond to mails when contacting "STUDENT SUPPORT", their website states that they will make contact within 48 hours, it has been 9 days, still no contact. 3. According to their website, they send you your assignments 25 days after submitting, it has been 3 months! 4. When submitting assignments, you should receive your results within 21 days, it's been 6 weeks. 5. When registering for exams, sending ALL the required documents, 4 times, the system still states that I have not registered for any exams. 6. I have requested previous exam papers, 5 times, I still have not received anything.

I am at my whit's end - all my fees and exams have been paid for, what more is there for me to do?
