Internal tests and exams

Intec College made an error on my exam confirmation schedule AGAIN. I have been sending numerous emails, making telephone contact, inbox via Facebook and have been told that the matter will be addressed. From Monday I am writing internal tests but I am still not in the possession of the correct confirmation schedule. Bad service as no one is getting back to me. Last year one extra subject was added on my confirmation and Intec invoiced me for that subject which took almost a year to be reversed.
