Intect College ruining my life!

Intec College customer service or student support are pathetic to say the least!! I have registered for Supply Chain course in 2019, however I never used any of Intec's resources as none was available to me. I had to relocate to another province and notified Intec immediately. I kept on calling and emailing them to find out about an examination venue close to my new location and no one could come back to me. I was transferred to different departments and not answered telephonically, email or website. I was unable to get hold of anyone and I was forced to cancel my course. I have send several emails to the cancellations department to cancel but with no response or luck. When I contact the call centre and someone finally answers, the agent just refers me to the cancellations email address (again) and provide their email address ,once I email the full story again, I never hear from anyone again. This has been going on since last year.

I do not want a refund on monies transferred to Intec College; I want my course to be cancelled with no further fees due to Intec College. I feel that Intec College has failed to support a student. Intec College failed to support when I needed to cancel my course and communication between representatives failed to guide me based on your policies to cancel. Now I am stuck with debt under my name from a course I never participated or completed. I have a bad credit score because of this and unable to even buy a house.

Please assist me in communication with Intec College in order for me to get this cancelled and removed from my name.
