Intecs service is terrible

In May i handed in a form for cancellation, I have been waiting for feedback from them and have still not gotten any response i have phoned in four times and sent numerous emails. I told the accounts lady in Braamfontein that i could not afford to pay the fees since my Sons father lost his job and is currently in rehab. <br> <br> I have spoken to two people who promised to contact me and i have still not heard nothing, my last call to them was on the 28 Aug and i spoke to a lady called Sharne or Charne.
