Intech accounting sucks

I enrolled my daughter in March 2014 for her to complete her NSC. My account was debited every month for this. On request by them I also paid her examination fees.<br> <br> She finalised her exams in November 2014. <br> <br> I now note that my account was debited by Intech on 24 December 2014 for the amount of R1398.00<br> and again on 23 January 2015 for the amount of R1019.<br> On querying this I was referred to Colin Cupido who stated that as my daughter was a late enrolment she never wrote the exam in March, this portion of the exam fees had been deducted of my balance.<br> <br> He fails to understand that they is in effect means that I had overpaid them by the time she completed her studies in November. <br> Now by taking off the two mentioned amounts it is clear that I have now overpaid them
