Intec worst college. **********. Pathetic service.

Intec is the worst college you could deal with. Terrible customer service. ***********. Delay feedback...or no feedback. Everyone talks different stories. They took my money. Don't want to refund me. I started my studies in 2013. Due to being a working mum I requested extensions to complete. Last year I was granted another extension to complete. Studied so hard to complete and send my POE's in. This was December 2020. after many frustrating calls and emails. I received my results in March 2021. I was told that I could redo my not yet competent subjects. A while after I was then told my entire course was expired. So how did Intec approve an extension on an expired course??? Wasted my time...and money. I then asked for a refund on my money. They refusing to refund me telling me I had a while to complete my studies. If this was the case why did they allow me to continue with the extension. Then they said j can transfer my course to something else. Asked for the opportunity. Only to be told again that I can't transfer the course. So now they don't want to give my money back, they don't want to transfer my course, they don't want to allow me to complete my not yet competent assignments, they don't want me to do the updated course. These people are **********. So fast to take your money but cannot help us. Take money from innocent people I justified all my actions and reasoning behind the delay. I provided all evidence of the delay on Intecs side. Where there was no responses. And still nothing. They messed with my career. My future and my money.
