Intec worst college ever

Intec is the worst college to ever study at. My son is waiting for 2 years for feedback on his exams. When we call the call center you hold on for over an hour and when someone does pick up the phone they do not have the answers. They will refer the matter to a more senior person. You never hear from the college again. The college is very keen to take your money without any assistance. This is so demotivating to the students. I really do not know what do for any assistance. Carter Blanche may be an option.
