INTEC WITHHOLDING MY FUNDS

I registered with Intec, in hopes that I would get better service from them than Damelin, which I never did. I struggled to get my funds transferred from Damelin to Intec as they are the sister college for Damelin, as soon as my funds got transferred i app**** to do a course through them in hopes i could get my studies done finally for the second time round, everything became a problem in regards to asking for help with study materials, asking for help with my student portal that was not working and so forth. Due to covid i lost my job and asked if my studies could be placed on hold, which at the time was fine, but then a few weeks later another consultant phoned to say that it is not allowed and that i had to go to the police station to get an affidavit etc. I then opted to cancel as this is was my last resort with no help at all, I then opted to cancel in June, was only sent forms in September, 3 months later, after filling out the forms and sending through all my details, I have no had any feedback to what is happening with my cancelation, i have been sending emails daily with no response, I have been calling daily and just been sent from pillar to post, given numerous phone numbers where still no one has assisted me. I have tried giving Damelin and Intec a chance, in order for me to do my studies but both times iv been unsuccessful. I have had enough of phoning and emailing with absolutely no response.
