Intec went against our contractual agreement!

It was an absolute pleasure registering with Magz(my student advisor). Magz said to me that i would receive a student number in a few days, thereafter my study material in the next 21days. Bare in mind my registration took place late March, we are now in May & still i have not received my study material. After an enormous sum of outgoing emails and calls from my side, Intec had the cheek to send me material - the FREE subjects, which was part of the promotion when i signed up. <br> Now the logical person would understand my frustration, in the financial state that most South Africans are in of late, one would expect to receive ones goods shortly after payment has been made! Furthermore Intec is still willingly deducting the monthly installment from my account & I am still receiving no form of service from them. That definitely goes against our contractual agreement! I honestly would prefer a full refund to go study via an HONEST institution.
