Intec the college not to go with

I have been a intec student and had an awful time with them. In the time I was with them I went into arrears because I lost my job and...... due to them not responding to my emails in requestig a settlement of some sort and providing me with a settlement quote and after almost 3 years and a load of arrears I decided to get legalwise to assist me with the request they were also not much help but we managed to get some sort of answer from Intec and then waited for more than a month from a person called Nomvula working at intec to provide me with a letter so I have prove on what we agreed on... Eventualy we decided on a price that I was willing to pay, about 3 months after we made the agreement my credit score is still bad the payments that was made still doesnt reflect on my credit report at the bureaus they have not updated the total outstanding to what we agreed on and this has now made me loose the house of my dreams being declined by all banks for a bond due to a so called poor credit history.
