INTEC = Stay AWAY

This is probably one of the worst decisions i have made to enroll with Intec college. first year got absolutelet Zero Support, no feedback on emails wasted hours on phone calls and student adviser at the time was non existent. Luckily i got a really good adviser to assist but even she is battling to get information out of the relevant departments.....Wrote exams In June 2023, got the results and received 30% ( which i know its impossible because i was well prepared for this subject) asked to have a copy of marked paper in order for me to see where i made the mistakes...no i can not have a copy of my paper i instead need to pay R600 for remark which i ended up doing and its now going for 2 months later still no re****s but first thing i was asked to do is pay the money. Other colleges you actually get your marked exam paper. How do i not know its the wrong marks or there was a mistake on the marks, and now its my money and time wasted...I Submitted my assignment for July/August submissions, portal showed submitted for grading, and still no results on my submission or no feedback as to why its not marked. Intec is all about money, I paid my course in full and was lucky enough to get some feedback after a year i enrolled. I will use every platform possible to advise people to stay away from INTEC.
