INTEC services are useless

It is the worst correspondence college I ever come across. I used to use it years ago and their services were superb. But unfortnately this time, their services are useless and pathetic. Two years ago in October 2017 I had enrol the course to study adobe illustrator for my work purposes and done the course last year November 2018. I know I passed the course. I need the letter of the results of all assignments and need to know should I go for an exam, where and who must I contact for the exam. Since that I asked INTEC but they don't tell me. I had send email more than once but they never came back to me. I feel like they should send me the certificate of INTEC not Adobe. Very poor communications especially for the deaf students. Never never again use INTEC.
