INTEC SERVICE AND SUPPORT NON EXISTENT

Hello Intec, is there anyone in management in that company. I have never dealt with a more inept, unresponsive and completely useless institution in my life. I shudder to think if any of the students are being educated either. Simply, as a company we have paid for an employee to study through Intec, and he cannot get the PIN number he needs to access the in-house emailing system, and no-one seems able to help. One calls the call centre, spend ages on hold only to have the call dropped, or if you do speak to someone, they say they will assist and send it, but it may take 72 hours. How is this possible in a digital age??? And then when it comes it is wrong. Please if there is management in existence at Intec get hold of me.
